Average Npc's and Lists

For my first post on Trekkin the Rifts is a combination of several write ups for Rifts: Chaos Earth .
These are "average" NPC's for combat reference and for quick guide on what the characters can do.
Also is a compiled list of weapons and armor for the game which includes the extras that Jason Richards added.
